As much as I hate to do it, I think I’m going to have to sell my Z. I live in Mass and we got snow this past weekend. With only about 1" of snow, my z almost went off the road 10 times just driving around my block. As soon as I put it in drive, without giving any gas, the tires would just spin. I don't think this is a practical car for the winter. I was wondering what my car would typically go for. It is a 1990 300zx 2+2 GS. 81,000 miles, but the new engine only has about 60,000. It is automatic, has tweed seats, Bose stereo, and heated mirrors, as far as options. New Nissan installed tranny about 5 months ago. As far as aftermarket, it has 4 wheel stillen cross drilled rotors with stillen metal matrix pads (end of summer), new exhaust last month (each muffler has two 3" tips), Kenwood MP3 player with factory Bose speakers and a 10" JL in a stealth box, front and rear strut bars, and fresh complete paint job (grey metallic) with a custom 'Z' in ghost flames across the hood. Also, the tires only have about 4,000 miles on them, they are BF's comp t/a's. Kelly blue book says about 7,000, but I didn't know if it would change with all of the extras. any ideas?
